How does the planner find good times?
For each participant, the tool computes the local-time grid for the selected date and highlights hours that fall within everyone's working hours. The longest contiguous overlap is recommended as the best slot. Time zones use IANA identifiers and are rendered with Intl.DateTimeFormat for accurate DST handling.
